Two Excel Life Sciences Clinical Investigators Win Prestigious Padma Shri Award

Excel Life Sciences is proud to announce that two of its current clinical investigators are recipients of the prestigious Padma Shri Award in India. The award, which is given by the Government of India, is the 4th highest civilian award available and recognizes outstanding individuals in the fields of Medicine, Arts, Education, Industry, Literature, Science, Sports, Social Service and Public Affairs. 

Both investigators are participating in a global phase III ophthalmology study being managed by Excel Life Sciences in India. Specifically, Dr. Sundaram Natarajan of the Adityajyot Eye Hospital in Mumbai and Dr. Taraprasad Das of the L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI) in Bhubaneswar were recognized in the category of Medicine.
